The secret to tender baby back pork ribs is the cooking time and the temperature. Cook long and slow for the
best results. Cooking time for 1 rack is approximately 1 and 1/2 hours in the oven.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cover a shallow baking pan or cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place the rack of ribs on the pan and coat both
sides liberally with Terry's Barbecue Sauce. This sauce is a natural marinade, so let sauce sit on ribs about 10
minutes prior to baking.
Do not cover. Place in heated oven and leave on 350 for about 45 minutes. Brush more sauce on and turn oven down
to 325 for another 30 minutes.
Take ribs out of oven and slice. Brush on more sauce on all sides. Cover with aluminum foil and seal.
Turn oven down to 300 and let ribs cook for about 15 minutes or until done.
Turn oven on 175 to keep ribs warm until ready to eat.
Same cooking time applies for 2 racks of ribs.
