Beef Stroganoff
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Sirloin Steak
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion sliced
1 T. minced
1 T. Worcestershire
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 T. white wine (+)
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 C. sour cream
Cut steak into thin strips. Mix all ingredients in a crock pot except mushrooms and sour cream. Cover & cook
for 6 hours on low. Once the meat is done, add mushrooms & cook until tender. Stir in sour cream. Cook noodles
and serve.
