Cranberry Fruit Salad
1 C. fresh cranberries
1 C. shelled pecans
1 large red delicious apple
1 large navel orange
1 C. sugar
Core the apple and leave the "outside" peel on. Leave the outside peel on the orange
too...yes, the "outside" peel. Chop all the fruit and nuts in a food processor until they are about the size of
peas. Stir in the sugar and cranberries. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid that seals. Refrigerate overnight for
best results.
Enjoy this cranberry fruit salad as a compliment to your turkey and dressing dinner at Thanksgiving
or anytime as a great cold salad!
