Peach Martini

2 oz. Vodka (not flavored)

3/4 oz. Hiram Walker Peach Flavored Schnapps

1 Wedge of fresh squeezed lime

2-3 Packages of Splenda

Slice of fresh peach for garnish (if desired)

For the rim of the Peach martini, use fresh lime juice and sugar. Freeze the martini glass while mixing the beverage.

Fill martini shaker about 3/4 full of ice. Pour in the Vodka, Hiram Walker Peach Flavored Schnapps, a wedge of fresh squeezed lime, and Splenda. Shake vigorously. Strain the drink into the martini glass until nearly full, being careful not to touch the rim.

This peach martini recipe fills 1 medium to large martini glass. Double the recipe and split between 2 glasses if necessary, or freeze the leftovers for another drink sometime. This make a delicious summer martini for the backyard on a hot day. Enjoy!
