Salsa Recipe

1 can (28oz) Whole tomatoes w/juice

2 cans (10oz) Diced tomatoes w/green chilies

1/4 cup Chopped onion

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 whole Jalapeno - quartered & sliced thin

1/4 tsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp ground Cumin

1/2 cup Cilantro

1/2 whole Lime - juice only

Pulse all ingredients in blender 6-7 times until mixed. Poor into jars and seal. Makes 50 oz. Store in refrigerator. This makes a perfectly balanced salsa that is spicy, but not too spicy (hot).
