Scalloped Corn With Oysters
1 can
oysters (drained)
1 can
cream style corn
1 can
whole corn
1 1/4 C.
cracker crumbs
1
egg
1/2 t. salt
- pepper
2 T.
pimento strips
2 T. melted
butter
1/2 C.
cracker crumbs (for top of casserole if desired)
Preheat
oven to 350. Mix all ingredients into ovensafe casserole dish. Place dish into oven uncovered and bake for 1 hour
on 350.
If desired,
sprinkle 1/2 C. of cracker crumbs on the top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
Eat as a
vegetable side dish. Goes well with fish or chicken.
