Scalloped Potatoes
6 Cups
Potatoes (thinly sliced)
1 Can Cream
of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup
Grated American Cheese
1/4 Cup
Pimento
1/4 Cup
Milk
1/3 Cup
Onion (finely chopped)
3 Tab.
Butter
Salt &
Pepper
Preheat
oven to 350. Brown onions in butter. Heat milk and cream of mushroom soup until blended. Lightly grease an 8 X
8 square pan. Place layers of potatoes, pimento, cheese, and the cooked onions into a baking dish. Add
salt and pepper to taste. Pour heated milk and soup mixture over the layers. Top with a little extra grated
cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
